Cancellation Policy

I understand that daily life can sometimes get in the way of attending your appointment. I truly appreciate you carefully reading, understanding and agreeing to this policy.


I ask that when making an appointment you know that this time is a convenient time for yourself and unlikely that you will have to miss the appointment time, and that if you do need to cancel or reschedule that I am given a minimum 24 hours notice.


I appreciate your understanding that I require pre-payment for all consultations through the online payment system


If you don't show up to your appointment, or cancel outside of the 24 hours notice period, I am happy to reschedule the appointment with prepayment to secure the appointment. If more than one no show or late cancellation occurs I may ask for a 50% payment for the service to compensate the time lost.

I have implemented this policy to be fair to my clients, and myself and to be clear and transparent with my clients.
