Healthy Weight Loss and Lifestyle Package
As a nutritionist, and as a mum, I know exactly how hard it is to prioritise your own health, and put your needs first sometimes.
My mission is to help women understand how important it is to take care of themselves, so that they can then support their families from a place of energy, happiness and vitality.
In this package I show you how food, nutrition and lifestyle can help you get to a place of vitality, clear the brain fog and start to feel more present in your life. We work together over three months to give you the time and support you need to implement new things, come back for feedback and ask questions, so that you understand how to sustain your new lifestyle, even when our work together finishes.
I show you how knowing the foods that will nourish your hormones, nourish your gut health and brain health, will lead to a happier, more energised version of yourself. This is why I don't offer one off consultations. Your health journey is exactly that; a journey, and you need ongoing support to achieve your goals and implement strategies to sustain them, even after our work together has ended.
Through this journey you will come to a weight that is healthy for you- this is different for everyone! It's not a quick fix- I'm not about calorie counting and crash diets that aren't sustainable, i'm about helping you understand your body's needs and how to nourish it properly.
An initial 1 hour consult plus five 45 minute follow on zoom consults over three months. We meet twice a month.
Access to an online recipe library for the duration of the package, to give you ideas on how to eat for health and vitality, and help you directly implement what you are learning with me.
Unlimited support between consults for you to ask questions, get support and encouragement from me until we meet again.
$240 per month for three months by direct debit.
