Kickstart Healthy and Sustainable Weight Loss online Workshop

Join me in this small group workshop where you will learn exactly how to make sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle to support weight loss that is realistic, and to keep off the weight for good.

The workshop will be a maximum of 5 people, and is going to be held on Thursday 4th of June from 7:30-9:30pm

-How to lose weight but still live life

-There will be time at the end to answer all of your questions.
