I'm Mel.
I'm a qualified women's health nutritionist. I'm also a qualified Pilates instructor and personal fitness trainer.

My passion is to help women understand how our health and happiness is linked to the food that we eat, and that food, nutrition and lifestyle choices can have a profound impact on our energy, our mental clarity and our hormone health.
I work with women to show them how food and nutrition can improve their quality of life after receiving a diagnosis such as endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome or other hormone imbalances. I also have a special interest in helping mums overcome conditions like post-natal depletion, and restore their energy so that they can be the happy and present mum they want to be.
I believe that all women should be able to feel energised and happy in their bodies and have full control and understanding on how to maximise their energy. My mission is to show women how easy it can be to do this with the right knowledge and planning.
Ten years ago I did exactly this for myself, which sparked my passion in women’s health and helping others to start the journey to feeling on top of their game every day.

What my clients are saying:
Michelle
"I started working with Mel as I had let my health slip in the first year postpartum and was keen to get myself back on track.
Through working with Mel over a few months, I noticed a massive increase in my energy and vitality and my blood test results for inflammation, cholesterol, vitamin D and thyroid function significantly improved.
Mel's approach is powerful in its simplicity - it's all about making informed choices and enjoying what you eat, which I think is the way to create long-lasting change."
Jacinta
"After giving birth to my second child, I fell into the category of ‘two under two’. I was finding my usual zest for life was diminishing and the days were becoming increasingly more difficult to get through.
I started to get severe night sweats, my hair began to thin, my skin became blotchy and red, I was putting on weight and feeling, ‘puffy’.
My period was lasting up to 17 days. I knew something wasn’t right.

Now, for the first time in many many months, I’ve been springing out of bed nice and early to walk the dogs. I have my energy back, my positivity and every month that goes by there is an improvement in my cycles."
Eliana
"Being 41, a full time working mum, and being overweight, I needed help to improve my health. I needed help working on my stress levels and hormone imbalance, as well as help with trying to fall pregnant with a second baby. When I came to see Mel my energy levels were low, and I was also having a hard time falling pregnant.
After 3 months I’m feeling so much more energised, I am able to navigate my stress and my triggers better and I’m on the right path to falling pregnant.
Mel, thank you so much for being so kind and being there for me when I've needed you the most."
