Mel showed me easy recipes and meals I can make everyday for me and the kids to improve my eating. Plus because her meals and snacks keep me full I stopped snacking on whatever I could find in the house! She also explains the reasons why you should eat certain foods which helped me stay motivated. I’ve lost a bit of weight, I’m sleeping better and I just feel much better about myself!


For the first time in many many months, I’ve been springing out of bed nice and early to walk the dogs. I have my energy back, my positivity and every month that goes by there is an improvement in my cycles. Melissa got my life back on track and I’m so grateful for all the effort she poured into solving my case!
