After giving birth to my second child, I fell into the category of ‘two under two’. I was finding my usual zest for life was diminishing and the days were becoming increasingly more difficult to get through.

I started to get severe night sweats, my hair began to thin, my skin became blotchy and red, I was putting on weight and feeling, ‘puffy’. My period was lasting up to 17 days. I knew something wasn’t right.

Now, for the first time in many many months, I’ve been springing out of bed nice and early to walk the dogs.

I'm Mel... and I have a little secret

Ten years ago I was standing right where you are, so I know exactly how you feel. I was burnt out, lacking energy, bloated and experiencing problematic periods that I knew were not right.

This wasn’t the way I was supposed to feel. It certainly wasn’t the way I wanted to live. After numerous visits to health professionals who were unable to help, I took matters into my own hands. 

I researched the impact food and nutrition had on my body. The changes I needed to make were so simple, and after I made them I felt better than I had in a long time. I finally felt energised again. I felt happy. I felt like me.

I knew I needed to share this knowledge with other women who feel stuck and unheard. Women who are sick of feeling like an exhausted shadow of their former selves. Women just like you.

With qualifications in Nutritional Medicine, Personal Training and as a Pilates Instructor, I have created proven programs that will show you how to take back control over your body, your energy, your mental clarity ,and your hormone health.

I'm here to show you how to feel so much better, and I cannot wait to help you change your life.
