Hi, I'm Mel.

And I have a little secret. 


Ten years ago I was standing right where you are, so I know exactly how you are feeling. 

I was burnt out, lacking energy, bloated and experiencing problematic periods that I intuitively knew were just not right. 


This wasn’t the way that I was supposed to feel. And it certainly wasn’t the way that I wanted to live. After numerous visits to different health professionals who were unable to help me feel much better, I decided to take matters into my own hands. 


I WANTED to feel good again, and I knew there was a way. 


So, I began researching the impact that food and nutrition had on my body. 

The changes I needed to make were so simple, and after I made them I felt better than I had in such a long time. 


I finally felt energised again. I felt happy. I felt like me.


I knew that I needed to share this knowledge with other women who feel stuck and unheard, like I had felt. Women who are sick of feeling like an exhausted shadow of their former selves. Women who know that there is a better way to live. 


Women just like you. 


With qualifications in Nutritional Medicine, Personal Training and as a Pilates Instructor, I have created proven programs that will show you how to take back control over your body, your energy, your mental clarity and your hormone health.
