Did you know that as well as being a women's health nutritionist I'm also a qualified personal trainer and Pilates Instructor? 

Yep! It's true. That's why i'm telling you about it...

And I'm inviting you to come and join me and the beautiful group of students I teach at my pilates studio in South Kingsville in the inner west of Melbourne.

In my mat Pilates classes, I have a strong focus on strengthening the core, as well as working on spine and hip flexibility and posture. These are the key things we need to get strong and working for us now so that we can carry our good health and strength into our grandma/ grandpa days and still be active and mobile! No osteoporosis or hip breaks for us!

All classes beginner friendly, light hearted (we laugh ALOT) and if you need to a bring a small child with you- that's fine too. There's room to set them up with a game (or an ipad) or they can join in too!

Class Schedule:

Every Friday morning 9:15 am
Every Tuesday evening at 5:30 pm

Casual pass: $23
5 Class pass: $100
10 class pass $180

First class is a free trial! At the time of booking, simply choose the option to book a single class and use the code TRIAL to get your first class free!
